Return Policy

Safety Angel will gladly offer you a refund if you return unused items in their original condition within 15 days of purchase (exceptions are listed below).

Order shortages, damages or discrepancies must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of order. All returns must be in their original packaging and intact.

Safety Angel will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid

A refused order sent back to us will be handled as a returned order.

If you didn't actually make the purchase (say, you received item as a gift) and would like to return it, we'll issue you store credit toward your next visit with us. Note that it typically takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks to complete the processing of returns (i.e. you send us back the package, we credit you, your credit card company or PayPal/ reflects your credit, etc.).

In the event of special promotions or discounts, Safety Angel reserves the right to apply additional rules. Those rules will be posted on the relevant promotions pages at the time the offer is valid.

We will NOT accept returns of certain items, including.
  • Any product missing parts, or components
  • Partially used products, or products not in its original packaging.

Before returning a product, contact Safety Angel at the email address below to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA#) number.
No returns will be accepted without its RMA number clearly visible on the packaging.


Please email our Customer Service Department at with the following information requesting a refund or exchange:

1. Order number
2. Product number and/or name
3. Reason for return
4. Note type of return (Refund, Exchange, Replacement)

We will reply via email with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#), which MUST be issued prior to Safety Angel accepting any returns. Packages without an RMA number cannot be accepted at our warehouses. Please return items in their original box. Include copy of the receipt, exchange or refund instructions and the RMA number. The RMA number should also be clearly visible and on the shipping label. Please be sure that the package is securely wrapped.

The returned merchandize MUST be shipped back with a tracking number for us to track the return shipment.

Please arrange to have packages shipped to the address emailed to you with your authorized RMA number.

Again, please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility.
