See <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reliasoft.com\/Support.htm\">http:\/\/Support.ReliaSoft.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Free minor version updates. Minor updates are available for download at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.safetyangel.com\/recdev\/try\/\">http:\/\/www.ReliaSoft.com\/synthesis\/downloads.htm.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Free major version upgrades. Major upgrades are distributed upon software release using the delivery information provided on the original order. <strong>It is imperative that you notify ReliaSoft if the delivery or main contact information changes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Credit towards the purchase of a higher-level license and maintenance contract (e.g., when you upgrade from a single user to a floating license, from Standard to PRO, etc.). This includes the original software cost and the unused portion of this maintenance contract (pro-rated and applied to the maintenance fee for the higher-level license).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0093d5; font-weight: 300;\">Pricing<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; font-weight: normal;\">The fee for a 1-year maintenance contract is 20% of the software list price, and is mandatory for the first year on all new purchases.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0093d5; font-weight: 300;\">Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Renewal:<\/strong> The contract renews automatically on the renewal date listed on the Annual Maintenance Certificate provided. Unless the contract has been canceled, a renewal form will be sent to the main contact listed on the Annual Maintenance Certificate. If a response is not received within 30 days, the contract will be considered canceled.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; font-weight: normal;\">The cost to renew the contract will be based on the list price of the software at the time of each renewal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; font-weight: normal;\">Please note that lapses in maintenance contracts are not allowed. In the case where a contract expired, any future renewals will begin on the day following the original expiration date.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; font-weight: normal;\"><strong>Cancelation:<\/strong> The contract can be canceled at any time in writing by e-mail, fax or letter. In case of cancelation, ReliaSoft will not pro-rate or issue any refunds for any unused time on this agreement.
