Reliability Expert Center was established with the strategic vision of spreading a reliability and sustainability culture across Saudi Arabia.
Since REC began in 2009, we have grown by adding new services.
In the first year, we started by offering Root Cause Analysis and training, and soon after, we became the representative of a world leader in providing reliability engineering services and software with ReliaSoft. This broadened our range of reliability services such as; reliability-centered maintenance, asset performance management, risk-based inspection, safety instrumented systems, reliability studies, training, certifications, and a complete integrated suite of reliability software
Our focus on developing the reliability culture in Saudi Arabia inspired us to provide an entire development program for certifying reliability engineers and professionals. This program is based on three steps: learning the reliability concepts by attending various training courses, applying the course knowledge gained in the field by designing a project that benefits their organization, and demonstrating this capability by taking a final examination and completing a report and presentation to highlight their expertise and new founded skills.
We have continued to broadened our business services and solutions by partnering with more industrial international partners. Adding to ReliaSoft for Relaibility, we proudly represent ThinkStep for Energy and Sustainability, Noria for Lubrication development and Antea for Inspection solutions.With our combined team of Saudi consultants and our global partners we are planning to expand to other industrial verticals.
At the present REC continues to provide services to sectors including oil and gas, petrochemicals, mining, metal, power utility, and manufacturing. We are currently developing a customer base in banking and finance with corporate sustainability consultancy training and software.

However we believe reliability and sustainability should be fully integrated into the business organizations and we are working to help that become a reality.
