Tracking and Managing Improvement Projects

The Orion eAPI system can be a powerful tool for driving controlled and quantifiable change initiatives by allowing users to define “improvement projects” that are intended to control costs and/or address reliability/maintainability concerns. Users can prioritize the improvement projects, track deadlines, enter information about the anticipated/realized return on investment (ROI) and create action plans. Improvement projects and their associated actions will be displayed in the portal of the responsible user and can also be displayed for a user-defined notification group. Action reminders can be sent via e-mail to the responsible user and/or the notification group.
